Understanding your compliance dashboard

Read the green, yellow, and red risk levels, progress bars, and at-risk flags so you always know where each supervisee stands against their state rule.

This guide explains how to read compliance status in AuditHalo. Every supervisee has a status that summarizes how their logged, approved hours measure against their assigned state rule, so you can tell at a glance who is on track and who needs attention.

The same status appears in three places: the roster, the supervisee detail page, and, for supervisees, their own dashboard. Supervisors and supervisees see the same numbers.

The three risk levels

AuditHalo reduces each supervisee's standing to one of three colors.

  • Green: on track. No warnings or blockers. Hours and cadence are keeping pace with the rule.
  • Yellow: needs attention. One or more warnings. Something is behind or approaching a deadline, but nothing is disqualifying yet.
  • Red: at risk. At least one blocker. A requirement is failing in a way that threatens the supervised hours if it is not resolved.

Progress bars and totals

On the supervisee detail page, progress bars show accumulation toward the rule's targets:

  • Practice hours toward the required total.
  • Supervision hours toward the required total.

Only approved practice hours count toward these bars, so a supervisee's total can lag until a supervisor approves pending entries. See Approving and rejecting practice hours.

Reading the roster at scale

The roster at /dashboard/roster shows every supervisee with their status badge, practice-hour progress, and pending-signature count. Use the filters to work by exception:

  • Filter to at-risk to see only red supervisees.
  • Filter to pending signatures to find sessions waiting to be signed.
  • Search by name to jump to one person.

HR admins see the whole organization and can also filter by supervisor. Supervisors see their own caseload.

Note: A supervisee on leave has cadence checks paused, so an approved leave shows as a leave badge rather than dragging their status to red.

From status to action

A yellow or red status is backed by specific gaps, each with a next step, on the supervisee detail page. Status tells you who needs attention; the gaps tell you exactly what to do.
