Plans and pricing
Compare the Solo, Practice, and Enterprise plans, what each includes, and why supervisees are always free.

This guide explains AuditHalo's three plans and what each includes. The supervisor is the buyer; supervisees are always free, so you pay for the people who carry board liability, not the people accumulating hours.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You can compare plans and start a trial from /dashboard/billing.
The three plans
Solo Supervisor
For an individual supervisor with a small caseload.
- 89 dollars per month, or 890 dollars per year.
- Up to 3 supervisees.
- 10 AI-assisted transcripts per month.
Practice
For a group practice with multiple supervisors and an HR admin.
- 49 dollars per month base, plus 25 dollars per supervisee per month.
- Unlimited supervisees; you buy seats as you grow.
- 100 AI-assisted transcripts per month for the organization.
- Bulk CSV import and a 7-year audit-log retention default.
Enterprise
For larger organizations with procurement and compliance requirements.
- Custom pricing, managed by contract rather than self-serve checkout.
- SOC 2, a signed BAA, and a dedicated customer success manager.
See Enterprise plans.

Supervisees are free
You never pay per supervisee for access. On Solo, supervisees are included up to the caseload limit. On Practice, a seat is what you buy as your roster grows. Either way, the supervisee's account, dashboard, and hour logging cost them nothing.
The free trial
- Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial.
- You can invite supervisees and sign sessions during the trial.
- Stripe sends a reminder as the trial nears its end.
Note: AI-assisted transcript limits are per billing period. Reaching the limit pauses AI note generation until the next period or a plan change; it does not affect logging or signing.
