Using the calendar

Move between week, month, and list views, read session statuses, join meetings, and understand the reminders AuditHalo sends.

Last updated Sep 14, 2026

This guide covers the calendar at /dashboard/calendar: how to move between views, what each session status means, and how reminders work. The calendar is where you see supervision at a glance and jump into a meeting.

What you see is scoped to your role: a supervisor sees their assigned supervisees' sessions, an HR admin sees the whole organization, and a supervisee or executive sees their own sessions.

Switch views

The calendar offers three views:

  • Week for the working week at a glance.
  • Month for the broader schedule.
  • List for a linear agenda you can scan top to bottom.

Read session status

Each event carries a status:

  • Scheduled: booked and upcoming.
  • Completed: the session time has passed.
  • Canceled: called off; removed from the connected calendar.
  • No-show: marked as not held.
  • Signed: recorded and fully signed into an evidence package.

Join a meeting

For sessions scheduled with Teams or Google Meet, the event shows a join link. Select it to open the meeting in your provider at session time.

Reminders

AuditHalo sends reminders so sessions and signatures do not slip:

  • A reminder 1 hour before a scheduled session.
  • A reminder 15 minutes before.
  • A sign reminder to the supervisor if a session's end time passes without a signature.

Note: Reminders and calendar events depend on a connected calendar for video links. To connect or change providers, see Connecting your calendar.
