What you’ll need
- A supervisor account
This guide covers the supervisor profile fields on your account page: your display name, your professional credentials, and your supervisor training hours. These are more than profile decoration, because AuditHalo snapshots them onto each session you sign, so the evidence reflects your standing at the time.
Everything here lives on your account page at /dashboard/account.
Display name
Update the name shown across AuditHalo and recorded on your signatures.
- Go to
/dashboard/account. - Update your display name.
- Save.
Professional credentials
Maintain the list of credentials you hold, for example LCMHCS or NCC. These appear on the sessions you sign.
- On the account page, open your credentials.
- Add or update the credential list.
- Save.

Note: AuditHalo snapshots your credentials onto a session at the time you log it. Updating your credentials changes future sessions; it does not rewrite sessions already signed, which correctly preserve the credentials you held then.
Supervisor training hours
Some states require a supervisor to complete a set number of supervision-specific training hours. Record your self-reported training hours so they are available for the checks that need them.
- On the account page, open supervisor training hours.
- Enter your hours.
- Save.
Like credentials, training hours are snapshotted onto sessions.
Note: Certain state rules check supervisor training hours as a requirement. Keeping this current means those checks evaluate against an accurate number.
