What you’ll need
- An executive invitation from your HR admin
This guide is for the executive role: board members, external auditors, and partner-clinic leaders who need oversight without touching the day-to-day work. Your view is read-only by design.
When you sign in, AuditHalo takes you straight to the executive dashboard at /dashboard/executive.
What you can and cannot do
You can:
- View the executive dashboard: an organization-wide compliance rollup.
- View the audit log.
- Export the audit log (no two-factor step required for executives).
- View the calendar for your own sessions.
You cannot:
- Sign sessions, log sessions, or generate notes.
- Invite anyone or manage the team.
- Change any setting or access billing.
No PHI or session-note content appears anywhere in your view. The executive role is built to give assurance without exposing clinical detail.
Read the executive dashboard
The dashboard summarizes the whole organization in a set of cards:
- Total supervisees.
- Number who need attention.
- Pending signatures.
- Supervision hours this month.
- Sessions scheduled this week.
- No-shows in the last 30 days.
- Sealed evidence packages this month.
Below the cards, a "Needs attention" table lists the most at-risk supervisees with their primary supervisor, credential, and status, and a breakdown of pending signatures by supervisor.

Note: Compliance status reads as green, yellow, or red. For what each color means, see Understanding your compliance dashboard.
Review and export the audit log
The audit log is your evidence that the organization's supervision is being tracked and signed.
- Go to
/dashboard/audit-log. - Filter by action type to focus on what a reviewer asked about.
- Export to CSV or JSON when you need a record to share.
As an executive you can export without a two-factor step.
