Enterprise plans
What the Enterprise plan includes, how it is provisioned and billed by contract, and when to choose it over Practice.
Last updated Sep 14, 2026
This guide covers the Enterprise plan: what it adds beyond Practice, and how it is set up and billed. Enterprise is for organizations with procurement, security, and compliance requirements that a self-serve plan does not meet.
What Enterprise adds
- Custom pricing, managed by contract rather than self-serve checkout.
- SOC 2 to satisfy a security review.
- A signed BAA for handling protected information.
- A dedicated customer success manager.
Enterprise organizations also get the operational features they need at scale, including HRIS integration. See Connecting Paycor.
How Enterprise is provisioned
Enterprise is not started from the billing page. An AuditHalo workspace admin provisions the organization and sets its owner as an HR admin. Billing is handled through your contract, not Stripe, so you will not see a trial or checkout flow for Enterprise.
To start the conversation, use the "Talk to sales" path on the billing page at /dashboard/billing.

Choosing Enterprise over Practice
Choose Practice if self-serve billing and standard features fit your organization. Choose Enterprise when you need a signed BAA, SOC 2 for a vendor review, contract-based billing, or a dedicated point of contact. See Plans and pricing for the full comparison.
What's next
- Compare all three plans. See Plans and pricing.
- Set up HRIS sync available to Enterprise orgs. See Connecting Paycor.
